Katie Kuga Wenner is the Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at TerraCotta, based in the firm’s New York City office, and is responsible for leading TerraCotta’s fundraising and investor relations strategy globally.

Prior to joining TerraCotta, Katie was a Director, Head of Investor Relations at Mubadala Capital, the asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, which managed over $20 billion in third-party capital vehicles on behalf of institutional investors across four alternative business verticals. In addition to building out Mubadala Capital’s New York City presence, Katie was instrumental in executing the creation of a de novo Investor Relations function for the firm, the first sovereign wealth fund to raise private equity third-party capital. Prior to Mubadala Capital, Katie helped lead Investor Relations activities at Blue Ridge Capital across the firm’s investment products, which totaled over $10 billion in assets over management. Prior to Blue Ridge Capital, Katie was a member of the Business Development and Investor Relations team’s at both Shumway Capital Partners and FLAG Capital Management. Katie began her career at Bear, Stearns & Co. as a Senior Associate within the Strategic Financial Products Group.

Katie graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Economics and a Certificate in Finance. She was Captain of the undefeated Women’s Swim and Dive Team which, upon her graduation, achieved the best winning streak of any Princeton athletic team in the University’s history.
